Meanings of expressions and interpretations used in this License Agreement: 1.1 “Term of Agreement” means the period specified in Part I as the Term of the Agreement. 1.2 “Caravan” means the caravan holiday home described in Part I. 1.3 “Commission” means the payment you are required to make to us when you sell the caravan on the pitch and we issue a new contract to the new owner. Clause 6 of this Licence Agreement sets out the procedure that we and you must follow if you decide to sell the caravan. 1.4 “Family Member” means your spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling and the spouse of one of these persons who treats a person`s stepson as their child. 1.5 “Rental” means obtaining payment (in cash or in kind) for the use of the caravan by persons (other than you). 1.6 “Independent Surveyor” means the expert appointed in accordance with clause 16 for the purpose of resolving disputes in accordance with clause 9 of this Licence Agreement or for the purpose of assessing the value of the Caravan in accordance with clause 13. 1.7 “Parking Rules” means the rules of conduct and practice issued by us from time to time and applicable to the use of the Caravan and other Park facilities. A copy of the park rules in effect at the time of writing this License Agreement is set out in clause 14. 1.8 “Location” does not include any part of the park other than that on which the caravan is located. 1.9 “Pitch Services” means the services we provide to you which are listed in Part I.

1.10 “Revision Date” means the date mentioned in Part I on which the Pitch Fees are amended in accordance with clause 8 below. 1.11 “Site Licence” means the caravan licence applicable to the park granted to us by the local authority pursuant to section 3 of the Caravan Sites and Development Control Act 1960 (or in the case of Northern Ireland, section 3 of the Caravans (Northern Ireland) Act 1963) and other relevant laws. 1.12 “we/us/our” means the owner of the Park described in Part I. 1.13 “Business Day” means Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. 1.14 “You” means the Caravan Owner described in Part I. If there is more than one person designated as the caravan owner in this License Agreement, each person is fully responsible for the obligations under this Agreement.
